DSI dcLINK 5.0 Validated for Integration with Oracle E-Business Suite 12

Data Systems International (DSI) announced that its dcLINK 5.0 automated data collection solution has been validated for integration with Oracle E-Business Suite 12 through the Oracle Application Integration Architecture for Partners initiative (AIAP). DSI provides integrated data collection software, services, and mobile computing technology which help companies to reduce costs, improve productivity, and increase accuracy throughout their operations. The dcLINK 5.0 was validated for integration with Oracle E-Business Suite 12 as DSI completed the required application and testing procedures successfully. Oracle E-Business Suite uses Oracle BPEL Process Manager enabling clients to adapt business processes with Web services available in the Oracle Web services repository.

“When Oracle partners use Oracle SOA Suite and the Oracle AIAP initiative for integration, our customers benefits from a validated integration that easily adapts to fit changing business requirements,” said Mary Arbelaez, senior director, ISV Programs at Oracle.

Standards-based integration between Oracle enterprise applications suites and partner solutions is ensured by the Oracle PartnerNetwork AIAP integration validation process. It also makes sure that the integration is functionally and technically optimized, and confirms that dcLINK is well-documented, operates and performs as designed and satisfies Oracle customers.

John Adams, DSI’s senior vice president of sales, said, “We help companies cut costs and be more productive by extending enterprise functionality to the point of work. This SOA-enabled integration to Oracle BPEL Process Manager allows companies to adapt business processes to changing needs using standard Oracle web services and extends this agile functionality to the mobile worker.”

DSI is a global ISV and Certified Advantage Partner in the Oracle PartnerNetwork. Tracking inventory assets, time on the shop floor, in the warehouse and in the field is made possible by dcLINK for several companies worldwide. dcLINK supports RFID, barcode, voice, mobile application and automated machine interface technology on a single platform.
